About BornGood
BornGood, the trading name of Rebuyer Limited, was set up in 2021 and works from a hub at The Bridges in Sunderland that combines offices, refurbishment workshops and logistics. It supplies refurbished laptops and PCs to organisations and manages their devices through their working life.
For IT disposal it collects equipment from anywhere in the UK, logs each asset, wipes data with Blancco software and physically destroys media that cannot be wiped. Usable kit is refurbished and resold with the profit split with the customer; the rest is recycled.
Its not-for-profit arm, BornGood CIC, passes refurbished devices to charities and community groups, with the company pledging ten donated laptops for every hundred it sells.
