About XUM Enterprise

XUM Enterprise has worked from Trafford Park since 2012. It tests, refurbishes and remanufactures IT hardware: it sells renewed laptops, used and new memory modules and SSDs, mostly to distributors, resellers and the public sector.

Its ITAD service, which it calls XUM ITAD, covers collection of IT and mixed WEEE, asset logging by serial number, data erasure and, where needed, physical destruction by shredding or degaussing. Parts with value are refurbished and resold; the rest goes through approved recycling routes. Customers get destruction and recycling certificates plus carbon reporting.

The company lists ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification, an upper-tier waste carrier registration and an EA permit at its Manchester site.
