Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.

About Tech Scrubbers

Tech Scrubbers is a young Manchester company (incorporated December 2025) working from a unit on Moss Road, Stretford. It collects IT, telecoms and AV equipment from businesses, including laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking kit, phones and tablets.

It erases drives to NIST 800-88 or HMG IS5 standards, at its own facility or at the customer's premises. Drives that fail verification are shredded, and each device gets its own certificate. It also handles server-room decommissioning and office clearances.

Reusable equipment is refurbished and its value passed back to the customer. The company says it donates some refurbished kit to local charities and schools.
