About Printwaste Recycling & Shredding

Printwaste is a family-run waste management business founded in Gloucestershire in 1983. Alongside general recycling, food waste and confidential paper shredding, it runs a WEEE collection service for businesses covering computers and servers, monitors, printers and copiers, phones and tablets, cabling and other electrical equipment, with container options from small bins to roll-on roll-off skips.

Hard drives, SSDs, copier drives, USB sticks, memory cards, phones and other media are collected by vetted staff and shredded at its gated, CCTV-monitored Cheltenham facility within 24 hours, with a certificate of destruction issued; data-bearing parts of WEEE are removed and destroyed, and secure data wiping is also mentioned.

The company states ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification and a zero-to-landfill commitment.
