“Says nothing goes to landfill; non-reusable kit goes to AATF-licensed downstream processors”

This is the company’s own claim, as stated on its website. We haven’t checked it. How to judge “zero to landfill” claims.

About Premier IT Disposal

Premier IT Disposal is the IT disposal arm of Premier Group Recycling, a Southampton business that grew out of confidential paper shredding and has handled IT since 2014. It runs its own vetted collection crews and vehicles from a facility at Hardley, near Hythe.

Services include certified data erasure, hard drive shredding and crushing either at the customer's premises (mobile shredding trucks) or off-site, degaussing, data centre decommissioning and remarketing of working equipment with a share of resale value returned. Per-serial destruction certificates and waste transfer notes are issued, and remaining material is sent to licensed downstream recyclers.
