Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.

About Byteback
Byteback has provided data destruction and IT recycling in Bristol since 2002 and runs a depot at Brewery Court on North Street, Bedminster. It collects IT and telecoms equipment from organisations across the South West, erases data with NCSC-certified software or destroys media, and issues data and asset destruction certificates.
It says around 70% of what it collects is reused, with the rest broken down into plastics, metals, boards and cables for recycling. Refurbished computers are offered to digitally excluded people from £75 through its Bristol Computer Reuse Project, and it donates equipment to a chosen local charity each year. The public can drop off devices at the depot.
