Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.

About Restore Technology

Restore Technology is the IT disposal and lifecycle business of Restore plc, run from Cardington Point in Bedford with further sites in Runcorn, Birmingham, Cannock, Carlisle and Avonmouth (Bristol). It works for large organisations including government, defence, NHS, education, finance and legal customers.

Its services include secure collection with tracked assets, certified data erasure, hard-drive shredding to 2mm particles, IT asset management, office and data-centre relocations, and remarketing. Equipment with resale value is wiped, graded and sold (with rebates or cost offsets for the customer) or donated to charity; the rest goes to its Bristol facility to be taken apart and the materials sent to permitted UK recyclers.

Restore's confidential paper and media shredding business, Restore Datashred, is a separate operation with its own sites and contacts.
