About We Buy Circuit Boards
We Buy Circuit Boards runs a yard on Southwell Road West in Mansfield where sellers can walk in without an appointment. Items are graded and weighed in front of the seller, who is paid the same day. It buys circuit boards, laptops and PCs, telecoms and networking hardware, servers and racks (including data-centre clear-outs), hard drives, components and games consoles.
Material goes to UK precious-metal refineries for recovery. Hard drives and other data-bearing devices are shredded or crushed at the refinery, or can be crushed in an 8-tonne press while the seller watches. A waste transfer note comes with every transaction, plus a certificate of destruction where relevant.
