Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.
About Wastesavers
Wastesavers is a Newport-based charity (registered charity 1116150) that has worked in recycling and reuse for almost 40 years. Alongside kerbside recycling for Newport and a network of reuse shops in South East Wales, it runs an IT recycling department at its Resource Centre.
Businesses can arrange IT clearances of laptops, desktops, tablets, phones, scanners, photocopiers and office equipment. Data is wiped with WipeDrive Pro software or drives are crushed, and staff and volunteers repair and refurbish machines. Refurbished computers are sold cheaply, given free to people on the lowest incomes and donated to local charities; anything unusable is stripped for parts and recycled.
