About Relove Technology
Relove Technology, which traded for many years as Genuine Solutions, has been recovering mobile phones and accessories since 2005. It runs a permitted WEEE treatment facility at Silverglade Business Park in Chessington, in the London Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
Its customers are mainly mobile network operators, manufacturers, retailers and insurers. Returned and end-of-life devices are received, tested, graded and data-wiped; where wiping is not possible, parts are harvested for reuse and the remainder recycled. Damaged handsets judged beyond economical repair are rebuilt with harvested original parts and resold, and unsold or returned accessories are recovered and redistributed.
As an AATF it can issue WEEE evidence for producer compliance schemes. It is a B Corp and states ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certification.
