About Computer Disposal Experts

Computer Disposal Experts operates from Attwood Road in Burntwood, Staffordshire, collecting redundant IT from businesses, schools, charities and public bodies across the UK using its own drivers and tracked vehicles.

Data-bearing devices are wiped with ADISA-assured software to NIST 800-88 or shredded, either at the client's premises or at its facility. It follows a reuse-first approach, refurbishing equipment where possible and offering rebates on devices up to five years old; the rest is broken down for recycling. It also offers a white-label collection service for IT resellers.

Collections run seven days a week, and equipment can be dropped off at Burntwood by arrangement or couriered in.
