Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.

About Veolia UK

Veolia UK is the British arm of the French environmental services group, providing waste, water and energy services to councils and businesses. Among its commercial waste services it offers WEEE disposal for organisations that sell or throw away electrical and electronic equipment, including IT and telecoms kit.

For business customers it supplies crates or IBCs for small items such as desktops, monitors and keyboards, collects the waste and sends it to approved treatment facilities. Its WEEE page says asset tracking is available through an online portal, hard drives are wiped using Blancco software, and drives that cannot be reused are destroyed. It also runs a WEEE compliance scheme for producers.

Veolia's own AATF at Bridgnorth, Shropshire, sits at the Faraday Drive household waste site and mainly dismantles flat-screen TVs and monitors.
