Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.
About Reusing IT
Reusing IT is a registered Scottish charity founded by an Edinburgh IT manager, working from a warehouse at Camps Industrial Estate in East Calder with a second base at Techbuyer in Harrogate.
Organisations donate end-of-life laptops and other devices; the charity collects free of charge, erases drives with certified software (issuing per-device certificates), shreds faulty drives (on site if required) and refurbishes equipment. It says all donated kit goes to education or other charities rather than being resold.
It works with commercial ITAD partners for customers that need ISO-accredited processing.
