Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.

“Says it diverts everything from landfill”
This is the company’s own claim, as stated on its website. We haven’t checked it. How to judge “zero to landfill” claims.
About Recycle-IT!
Recycle-IT! is a Bolton social enterprise based in the Market Place on Knowsley Street. It takes donated computers, phones and other electronics from businesses, schools, public bodies and individuals, mainly across Greater Manchester.
Every device is tagged and wiped with KillDisk software, with a digitally signed certificate for businesses on request. Usable equipment is repaired or refurbished and sold at low prices, including through an eBay shop, and the rest is broken down for recycling. It also offers volunteering and placement opportunities, and reinvests all surplus.
Bulk business donations are collected free; individuals can drop items off. The site publishes its waste carrier and T11 exemption numbers.
