About Harrow Sustain IT (Voluntary Action Harrow)

Harrow Sustain IT is a repair-and-reuse project run by Voluntary Action Harrow, the borough's community interest company supporting local voluntary groups. It collects donated laptops, keyboards, mice and cables from residents and regularly gathers laptops from the Harrow Recycling Centre.

Volunteers clean, repair and test the laptops, including at a monthly Saturday repair session open to local residents who want to learn technical skills. Refurbished machines are given to local charities and voluntary organisations to help them serve their communities.
