Computer Waste Ltd has been in business since 2005 and works from the Cromer Industrial Estate on Jubilee Road in Middleton, between Manchester and Rochdale. Clients include local councils and public bodies as well as businesses.
It collects redundant IT nationwide, sanitises data, shreds hard drives and other media, and remarkets or recycles the equipment, issuing asset reports and destruction certificates. It also shreds paper documents and supports community donations.
It holds ADISA 8.0 and ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001, and publishes its upper tier carrier licence and T11, S2 and T4 exemptions as downloads.
