Centrex is mainly an IT maintenance, repair and logistics business serving retail, hospitality and banking clients, with field engineers and a 30,000 sq ft distribution, repair and refurbishment site on the edge of Milton Keynes. Its call-handling and data control centre is in Ashington, Northumberland.

Under the Centrex Lifecycle Solutions name it offers a managed service to collect and process redundant IT equipment from anywhere in the country, including EPOS tills, desktops, laptops, printers, handheld and mobile devices. Data erasure with certificates and cleaning of units are standard; equipment is refurbished for reuse where possible and the rest goes through its WEEE disposal process.
