TMT First grew from a Stoke-on-Trent phone shop founded in 2006 into a repair, refurbishment and trading business at Holditch House in Newcastle-under-Lyme, processing around 250,000 phones, tablets, laptops and wearables a year. It is a Samsung partner and an Apple Independent Repair Provider.
Its ITAD service collects business devices in tracked vehicles, records serial numbers, wipes data with Blackbelt360 software or shreds devices on its premises, and refurbishes and resells equipment with rebates to the client; the rest is recycled. It also buys and sells graded devices and offers trade-in for businesses and resellers.
