About Reboot IT For All

Reboot IT For All is a community interest company set up in 2024 to narrow the digital divide in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. It collects pre-loved laptops, tablets, desktop computers and smartphones from businesses, public bodies and individuals, refurbishes them and redistributes them to low-income people and community groups via a network of trusted partner organisations (it does not take device requests from individuals directly).

Donors register items through an online form and drop them at one of three partner sites: TMT First's Holditch House premises in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce in Stoke, or Caudwell Children at Keele. Collections can be arranged for 10 or more devices. The CIC also offers volunteering and hands-on IT repair training.
