About Renewtech
Renewtech sells refurbished enterprise servers, storage, networking and spare parts, and offers repair and maintenance contracts. Through its buy-back service it purchases used IT equipment from businesses - small or large quantities of servers, storage and networking hardware from brands such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, IBM, NetApp and Cisco - with a free, non-binding valuation.
After collection by courier, each unit is registered and tested by a technician, data is erased to the NIST 800-88 'Purge' standard with an erasure report, and reusable kit is refurbished for resale. Payment is by bank transfer or as credit against future purchases. The UK business is run from Harrogate; the group's main warehouse is in Denmark.
