About Reboot Stirling (Transition Stirling)
Reboot Stirling is a community tech refurbishment project run by Transition Stirling, a Scottish charity that also operates the Stirling Reuse Hub at Springkerse.
It offers local businesses free collection and free data wiping of unwanted laptops and other devices, with a certificate of erasure for each organisation. Members of the public can drop devices at the Reuse Hub. Refurbished laptops are sold (including online) or distributed to low-income households with Stirling Council and community groups, and items that cannot be reused are recycled.
