Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.

About Pachedu (E-Quality Access)

Pachedu is a Paisley-based charity, founded in 2016, that supports minority ethnic and other communities across Renfrewshire. Its E-Quality Access programme is a digital inclusion project: it gives smartphones, tablets and laptops to families, refugees and asylum seekers who have no device, and adds data support and digital skills sessions.

The programme relies on donated equipment. Renfrewshire Council runs a partnership in which residents leave devices at four council libraries; the council says Pachedu securely wipes (factory resets) and refurbishes them before passing them on, and that larger donations can be collected.

It is a small community scheme for reusable consumer devices rather than a commercial IT disposal service.
