About EOS

EOS Solutions South, trading as EOS, is based at Sturtwood Farm near Dorking. It provides IT asset disposal and recycles waste print consumables for businesses.

IT is collected by its own staff, without subcontractors where data may be present, and the waste paperwork is handed over at collection. Every data-bearing item is erased with Blancco software to HMG IS5 and similar standards, whatever the customer says about prior wiping. Customers get tracked asset reports, recycling certificates and data destruction certificates.

Reusable equipment is remarketed and the rest is recycled under WEEE rules. EOS describes the service as zero-cost, sometimes sharing resale proceeds, and says it has a zero waste to landfill policy.
