About Cynnal IT and Recycling
Cynnal IT and Recycling is a community interest company on the Penrhos business park in Holyhead, Anglesey. Its WEEE service aims to repair, reuse or resell electronic equipment, whole systems or parts, and recycles the rest through approved recyclers with a compliance report for the customer.
Collections are offered across the UK after an initial assessment of the equipment. Data-bearing devices are either wiped to NIST standards or have their hard drives shredded, with certificates issued. The organisation works for councils, government bodies, schools, IT companies and charities.
It also installs networks, audio-visual and CCTV systems, repairs computers and devices, and carries out PAT testing.
