Circular Computing, a brand of A2C Services Ltd, remanufactures and refurbishes ex-business laptops (mainly HP, Dell and Lenovo) at its Portsmouth site and sells them to businesses, schools, public bodies and charities through resellers. It holds a BSI Kitemark for remanufactured laptops.

Its ITAD programme covers collection of used IT, logging and barcoding of each asset with a full asset report, functional testing, Blancco data erasure where required (drives that fail are destroyed and recycled), and redeployment, mainly into education; the small share that cannot be reused is recycled.
