Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.

About Castle Furniture Project

Castle Furniture Project is a Fife charity that has provided second-hand furniture to people on low incomes since 1992. It runs showrooms in Cupar and Glenrothes selling reused furniture, refurbished domestic appliances and small electricals, and offers house, probate and end-of-tenancy clearances.

For businesses, schools and public bodies it offers commercial clearances across Fife, listing IT equipment disposal and recycling and office clearances among the services. Work is quoted individually. The charity states it is an ATF, AATF and designated collection facility and a SEPA-registered waste carrier, and it tracks the weight reused and CO2 saved for clients.

Income supports its community work, including befriending, a drop-in lounge, lunch club and mental health support.
