About TechForAll Foundation
TechForAll Foundation is a registered charity that teaches digital skills to migrants and refugees in the UK and runs a digital hub in The Gambia. It asks businesses to donate surplus laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, peripherals, network kit and printers, ideally under eight years old and working or repairable.
Donated equipment is passed to an unnamed technology partner, which logs each device and wipes it to HMG IS5 and ISO/IEC 27040 before it is used in training. Devices that cannot be reused go to WEEE-compliant recyclers. Donors get a donation receipt, erasure certificates on request and an impact report for CSR purposes.
The charity does not process equipment itself, so it suits businesses wanting a social-value donation route rather than a full ITAD service.
