Verified means we found it on the official register or the scheme’s own list on the date shown. Company says means it is stated on the company’s website and we haven’t checked it yet. Registers can lag behind, so “not found” or “no longer current” is not an accusation. What these mean.
About RecycleIT
RecycleIT is based at Summit Works on Manchester Road in Burnley. It collects redundant IT from organisations, then wipes, images or shreds data-bearing devices and decides what can be refurbished, redeployed or resold.
It offers hard drive shredding at its own site or at the customer's premises, data imaging, asset recovery with rebates, and recycling of whatever cannot be reused. The company says it has many years of background in IT refurbishment and the second-user market.
The site lists ADISA 8.0 certification along with BSI ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 and a BSI Kitemark for refurbishers.
